Please see below a list of frequently asked questions. We will continue to update this page with useful information as the event gets closer so please check here prior to contacting either FTMO… or Butlin’s

I am not sure I have my tickets – what do they look like?

All tickets have now been issued. Tickets were sent out to the email address given when you booked. The tickets will include a QR Code (see below for more details) which will need to be scanned when entering the Convention in REDS for the first time, you will then be given a wristband to wear for the duration of the Convention which will need to be shown whenever entering REDS.

I have not received my tickets

If you have not received yours, please check the following before contacting us:
  1. Check your spam and junk folders
  2. If you ordered more than one ticket, check whether the others on your order received theirs – the tickets will usually go to the individual ticket holder

If you still have missing tickets, the quickest way to resolve this is to email us at admin@statusquofanclub.co.uk. We can then reissue the missing tickets to your email address. This allows any email address issues to be corrected.

My tickets do not have a QR code on them

If your tickets were delivered to your spam or junk folder the QR code may not show. Please move the tickets to your inbox, the QR code should then appear

I purchased more than one ticket

There will be one ticket with individual QR code per person. Please ensure you bring each ticket for scanning when entering the Convention for the first time. The tickets will go to the indvidual ticket holders. The exception to this is where we had delivery failures to email addresses when we sent the mail a couple of weeks ago, in this case they will be sent to the main purchaser.

How do I bring my ticket with QR code?

You will receive an email containing your tickets with your QR code. These can either be printed or displayed on your phone and will be scanned when entering the convention for the first time. To minimise delays, please have your QR codes ready for scanning. If using your phone to display your QR code please ensure your battery has enough charge and the codes are already displayed for scanning (if you have more than one ticket on your phone, please check you are able to display them all for scanning).

What is a QR code?

This is a type of bar code which is individual to each ticket, an example is shown below. If you have ordered more than 1 ticket you will receive the corresponding number of QR Codes. It is very important you bring ALL the tickets with you as each QR code can only be scanned once. After entry has been granted for an individual QR Code, no further entry will be allowed for that ticket. For this reason, please do not share your tickets with anyone other than the people they are intended for.

QR codes can be scanned on mobile devices (please have this ready when entering REDS for the first time) or from a printed copy (but please consider the environment before printing).
