During the Joining and registering process on the FTMO… website you will receive an email to confirm your email address. If you don’t receive this within one hour please:
- Check your spam folder
- Check you used the correct email address and check the spelling of your email address
- Certain email servers reject emails from FTMO… as spam automatically. This is not an FTMO… issue, they do this with many other sites as well (a google search will confirm this). In particular @btinternet.com or similar BT email addresses have this issue. If possible, please use a different email address (ie gmail), or contact us at admin@statusquofanclub.co.uk
If you have checked all of the above please contact admin@statusquofanclub.co.uk with as much information as possible (this is much faster than a Facebook post).
Once you have confirmed your email address, your details will be checked against the current FTMO… Fan Club Members list before full access is given. Please allow up to 72 hours for this to occur
