We have recently changed the way you Join and Renew membership of FTMO… and this has inevitably raised a few questions which we have hopefully answered below.

I am a FTMO… Member and I have received a Renewal Reminder but have never registered on the new FTMO… website before so have no User Name.
From the Homepage, select Join FTMO… (top left of the page)
On the membership page, scroll down and select the ‘Join FTMO… or Renew (only if you have NOT previously registered on this site)’ link and complete the form with required information. In the future, you will be able to log in and choose the renew option.
I have received a Renewal Reminder and have previously registered on the site but when I log in I cannot see the RENEW option
Please email us at email@example.com, we will need to update your account for the Renewal link to show. Apologies for the inconvenience.
During the joining and registering process on the FTMO… website you will receive an email to confirm your email address. If you don’t receive this within one hour please:
- Check your spam folder
- Check you used the correct email address and check the spelling of your email address
- Certain email servers reject emails from FTMO… as spam automatically. This is not an FTMO… issue, they do this with many other sites as well (a google search will confirm this). In particular @btinternet.com or similar BT email addresses have this issue. If possible, please use a different email address (ie gmail), or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have checked all of the above please contact email@example.com with as much information as possible (this is much faster than a Facebook post).
Once you have confirmed your email address, your details will be checked against the current FTMO… Fan Club Members list before full access is given. Please allow up to 72 hours for this to occur.
