1) Can I pay in my own currency instead of in UK Pounds Sterling? 

Your local currency will display automatically and the price displayed includes post and packaging


2) Is it safe for me to give you my credit card details? 

Yes. All credit card transactions are handled exclusively by WorldPay through their securely encrypted servers. WorldPay are part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, the 5th biggest banking group in the world, WorldPay payment solutions are trusted by thousands of businesses, big and small.


3) Is it safe for me to give you my personal details and my email address? 

Yes. We do not sell or otherwise disclose customers’ personal details or email addresses to any other companies. Please note that your credit card will be debited by From The Makers Of Ltd, the official mail order company for FTMO. From The Makers Of Ltd is the company name which will appear by any amount transacted within the Quo Shop on your credit card statement.


4) What are the postage and packing charges? 

All prices include post and packaging. We reserve the right to vary all postage charges from time to time. UK orders are sent by second class Royal Mail and all other orders by airmail. 


5) Can I still buy goods if I don’t have a credit card, or by postal mail? 

Yes. We also accept cheques, postal orders and International Money Orders but they must be in UK Pounds Sterling. Select your goods in our shop as normal, then fill in the order form, selecting ‘Cheque’ where it says Select Your Payment Method, then print out a copy of the page when you’ve finished and send it with your full payment (made payable to From The Makers Of Ltd.) to: P.O. Box 1770, Southampton, SO15 9FQ, England.


6) How long will my goods take to arrive? 

UK orders are sent by second class Royal Mail and all other orders by airmail. We aim to dispatch all items within 14 days of receiving your order (or with payments by cheque, once your cheque has cleared). Please allow 28 days for delivery of t-shirts and hoodies, as these are made to order.


7) Are goods from you under any sort of guarantee? – What is your Refund Policy? 

We give a 30-day money back guarantee which means that if you’re not completely satisfied, providing goods are returned to us in the condition in which they were received within 30 days of your purchase, we guarantee to exchange goods or refund your money. We must be notified by email within 24 hours of delivery should merchandise arrive to you in a faulty condition. 

We are unable to accept any returns on CDs or DVDs if the seal on the wrapping has been broken, this is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
